All content within our programs, products, services, and materials — including but not limited to videos, worksheets, PDFs, recordings, templates, text, graphics, audio, logos, and trademarks — is our intellectual property and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.
When you purchase access, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display our content
- Sell, license, or use any material for commercial purposes

- Share login details or course access with others

By submitting any content (e.g., comments, posts, photos, testimonials, feedback) within our platforms or communities, you grant us an unlimited, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, and share that content in current or future marketing, promotional, or educational materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Media Release
By participating in live calls, group forums, or community spaces, you consent to being recorded or photographed. We reserve the right to use such recordings for future program promotion or education without compensation.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with our content, our team, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove access, without refund, if behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these terms.
You may not use our content or community to:
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory speech
- Solicit other participants
- Share illegal or inappropriate material
- Use our work to harm our business or reputation
7. Security & Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your access or allowing others to use your account may result in immediate termination of access.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that transmissions over the internet are 100% secure.
8. Payment Terms
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any digital product, program, or membership.
You are responsible for making timely payments under your chosen plan. Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension or loss of access, including revocation of “lifetime access” if applicable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate removal from all current and future content.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website or programs may include links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
